Created in 2012, at the discretion of the Keeper of the Seals, Minister of Justice and chaired by Olivier de Baynast, General Prosecutor at the Douai Court of Appeal, “Justice Coopération Internationale” (Justice International Cooperation) brings together the French Ministry of Justice, the French Court of Cassation (The Judicial Supreme Court) and the Council of State (The Administrative Supreme Court), the French courts, the Ecole Nationale de la Magistrature (French National School for the judiciary), the Ecole Nationale d’Administration Pénitentiaire (French National School for Penitentiary Administration), the Conseil National des Barreaux (French National Bar Council), the Conseil Supérieur du Notariat (High Council of the French Notariat) and the Chambre Nationale des Huissiers (National Chamber of bailiffs).
