Publé le 7 February 2019

The third steering committee of the European judicial training project for court staff and bailiffs took place on 19 November 2018 in Bucharest. It was hosted by the Romanian National School of Clerks.

This project, which is co-funded by the European Union, aims at training court staff and bailiffs in European law, in civil and commercial, family and criminal matters.

Project partners* met in order to discuss the different training activities implemented over the last months. More specifically, the e-learning modules -available on the EJL platform-, have been updated (successions, European account preservation order, taking of evidence) and a specific module on EU forms has been created and uploaded on the platform. The latest aims at supporting professionals when using these forms.

The closing event of the project will take place in Brussels on 22 February 2019.
