Support to the reform of the justice system

Objectifs

To contribute:

  • To the reinforcement of the initial and lifelong learning of magistrates and law personnals
  • To support the reorganisation of the Criminal Case and Penitentiary Administration Direction
  • To reform Mauritanian judiciary and penitentiary system in order to make it more efficient and respectful of human rights
  • To promote a credible, efficient, transparent, independent and sensible justice that has to be closed to citizens.
