Last Wednesday, together with the Resident Twinning Advisor, Emmanuelle Doffe, Nicole Cochet and the Director of the french National School of Judiciary (ENM), Olivier Leurent, were able to visit the new premises of the construction at the building of the Higher Institute of the Judiciary.
In a very advanced state of progress, this complex located in Technopolis and bordering the International University of Rabat could be invested by the ISM in 2019.
A French ENM expert for the twinning “Support for institutional reform and capacity building of the Institut Supérieur de la Magistrature“, has been working with the ISM over several missions to implement the human and material resources allocation plan in the new premises.
This large complex will include 3 amphitheatres with 200 people, accommodation for students and trainers, a swimming pool and a sports hall.
